Article 1: Scope
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders received by Equestrian Antique out digital books and are valid at the time the order is placed.
Article 2: Availability of products
Our articles are offered within the limits of available stocks and for those not stored by us, subject to availability from the suppliers of Equestrian Antique.
While our databases are regularly updated, some items may be temporarily or permanently unavailable from our suppliers.
One or more new items can come to be unavailable after the order, and used items are generally offered for sale in limited numbers, or even unique.

Any order transmitted by Internet is confirmed by the Ancient Equestrian email address provided by the customer.
Article 4: Price
Prices are indicated on our site in Euros, including taxes, exclusive flat fee for processing and shipping.
The prices in other currencies are only given as an indication.
Since 1 January 2013, the works are charged at the new rate of VAT (5.5%).
The paper new books are sold in compliance with the regulations applicable in France on the book price ( “Lang” law).
All prices are changed at any time without notice. However, the items will be billed based in force at the time of the order.
For orders to another country than France, customs duties or other local taxes (local VAT, customs tax, import duties, etc.) may be payable. These rights are at the customer’s sole responsibility and under its full responsibility in terms of returns and payments to the competent authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are billed and payable in Euros only.
The products remain the property of Antique Equestrian until full payment of the price, whatever the delivery date of the product.

The amount of orders paid by credit card is collected on the day of shipment of the order (only the delivered products are charged). In the case of multi-item orders, the total amount of orders is collected on the day of shipment of the first article.

Article 6: Delivery
Items are delivered to the delivery address when ordering. To optimize the delivery, it is recommended that an address to which your order will be received during business hours.
